Reiki is a beautiful and gentle energy therapy using hands on healing. By placing my hands on various parts of your body, I can direct the healing to where it is needed. Reiki works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues - in fact there is nothing that Reiki can't help with. Reiki is also excellent for emergency treatment as it can be done anywhere - it can also be good for plants and animals.

Reiki Drum Healing combines the gentleness of Reiki healing with the powerful vibrational healing power of the drum rhythm. A session will involve drumming over your body to start with, followed by a traditional Reiki healing.

Both therapies can also be combined with meditation, EFT, crystal healing and hypnotherapy. Sessions last 1-1.5hrs and cost £30.00 for individual therapy and £40.00 for combination therapy.

This therapy involves using a variety of healing crystals placed on or around your body to promote healing, chakra balancing, aura cleansing and total wellbeing. I will select the crystals that are most appropriate to your needs, whether this be for physical health, mental health, emotional health or spiritual health. The treatment itself is extremely relaxing and you may experience some wonderful sensations, or even just fall asleep!

Hopi ear candling is an ancient therapy using hollow wax tubes impregnated with oils which are gently placed inside the ear and then lit, to help with conditions such as tinnitus, sinus pain, headaches, blocked ears, wax build-up and other ear, nose and throat issues.

It is a very gentle relaxing therapy and it is quite usual to fall asleep during it. Sessions last around 45 minutes and cost £25.
